What we collect
When you submit a build request we collect what you type into the form: your name, phone number, email address, vehicle details, current modifications, your goals for the car, and any optional information you choose to add such as budget range, preferred drop-off date or links to photos.
If analytics is enabled, we also collect standard anonymous usage data — which pages were visited, roughly where in the world the visit came from, and which buttons were tapped. This is aggregate data and is not used to identify you.
Why we collect it
To answer your request. That is the whole purpose.
Analytics data is used to understand which parts of the site are useful so we can improve them.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information. We do not add you to a marketing list without you asking. We do not share your details with third parties except the service providers needed to run the site and deliver email.
Who processes data for us
- Website hosting — serves the pages you are reading.
- Email delivery — sends your request to the shop and your confirmation to you.
- Analytics — measures site usage, if enabled.
How long we keep it
Build requests are kept as long as they are useful for the work, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us about the same car.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Get in touch using the contact details on this site and we will sort it out.
Cookies
The site itself does not set advertising cookies. If analytics is enabled it will set its own cookies to distinguish one visit from another. Your browser can block these.
